Both products are linked to a secure online profile (dashboard) created and managed by the subscriber (the “User”).

2. Purpose and Intended Use

• Provide emergency responders with instant access to a user’s medical profile via NFC or QR scan.
• Allow users to input medical data and emergency contacts.

Important: Emergency ID does not provide medical advice, diagnostics, or treatment. It is a tool, not a medical device.

3. User Responsibility

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• You will regularly update your profile to reflect your current medical status.
• Emergency responders rely on the accuracy of your data.
• You accept responsibility for any consequences due to outdated or incorrect info.

4. Access and Control

• Only you can access your dashboard using your credentials.
• You can edit or delete your profile at any time.
• Emergency responders can only view (not edit) your data.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided data.
• We do not verify or certify medical information.
• We do not guarantee that first responders will always scan or use the ID.
• We are not liable for issues caused by missing or incorrect data.

You acknowledge that the effectiveness of Emergency ID relies entirely on your own input.

• Secure payments via third-party providers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in the dashboard.
• Refunds only for defective products (within 14 days).
• No refunds for:
  • Activated subscriptions
  • Incorrect user information
  • User error or accidental purchase

8. Data Privacy & Ownership

• You own your medical profile and data.
• We never sell or share data for marketing.
• You may delete your profile at any time.
• Your data is encrypted and stored securely, compliant with:
